18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Clinically and/or histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of vulvar dystrophy. 2. No relevant treatment received in the past two weeks. 3. Complete clinical and pathological data with the ability to complete follow-up. 4. Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with other severe gynecological diseases. 2. Intolerance to focused ultrasound, radiofrequency, or laser treatment. 3. Allergic to treatment medications. 4. Patients with hematological diseases, immune dysfunction, or malignancies. 5. Patients with psychological or psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression) that may hinder follow-up compliance. 6. Pregnant women or those planning to conceive in the near future.
