Interventions

Intervention group:One day before surgery and after surgery, patients will be given rehabilitation education of neck and orofacial rehabilitation exercises
Control group:be informed that they could freely move their neck without rehabilitation education before and after surgery

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-60 years; 2) Have an indication for thyroid surgery; 3) Receiving neck-related treatment for the first time; 4) Have normal communication skills; 5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of previous neck surgery/radiofrequency ablation; 2) laryngoscopy showing vocal cord damage/pharyngitis; 3) Suffering from neurological disorders that affect the ability to speak or swallow; 4) the occurrence of distant metastases; 5) Combined with other malignant tumors; 6) Generally poor; 7) Pregnant or lactating females; 8) Inability to complete trial paperwork or provide informed consent; 9) New vocal cord paralysis after surgery.
