Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nursing students in the clinical practicum stage; 2. informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. internship nursing students who are specializing in college; 2. practicing nurses in the secondary school; 3. those who suffer from serious physical or psychological illnesses and are unable to complete the survey; 4. those who have been on leave of absence for more than one month during the clinical practicum.
