Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with deep second-degree burns on the elbow; 3. Patients admitted to the hospital within 48 hours after injury; 4. Elbow flexion dysfunction; 5. Patients confirmed by doctors as eligible for joint training; 6. Patients and their families have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with previous functional impairments in the elbow; 2. Severe burns leading to amputation or disability; 3. Total burn area greater than 50%; 4. Patients with upper limb combined with third degree burns who cannot cooperate with exercise; 5. Merge acute inflammation, infection, etc; 6. Patients with combined cardiovascular and pulmonary dysfunction; 7. Patients with peripheral nerve damage; 8. Individuals with cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate; 9. Unable to cooperate with trainees for a long time due to other reasons;
