Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are hospitalized in 10 general hospitals in Shenzhen (Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, Shenzhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital, The Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University (Shenzhen), Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Futian), Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Hospital, Shenzhen Baoan District People's Hospital, Shenzhen Longgang District People's Hospital, Shenzhen Longgang District People's Hospital, Shenzhen Longhua District People's Hospital, Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital). 2.Age 18 years or older, gender and medical condition are not limited; 3.Sign the informed consent form; 4.During the study period, patients who have been recorded in the information system of the participating hospital and have been hospitalized for 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with VTE at the time of admission.
