Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years. 2.Barthel Index <= 40 points. 3.The participant or their legal guardian agrees to participate in the study and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of pressure injuries at any stage. 2.Presence of conditions that interfere with skin assessment (e.g., widespread skin inflammation). 3.Inability to cooperate with data collection due to illness or other reasons (e.g., mental disorders, recent surgery). 4.Enrollment in other interventional studies that may confound the results of this research.
