Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-60 years old. (2) Coronary angiography has been perfected. (3) Patients with acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction who are initially diagnosed meet the guidelines formulated by the Cardiovascular Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. (4) The diagnosis of coronary heart disease is consistent with: coronary angiography shows that the degree of stenosis of any coronary artery and its main branches is >=50%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There is non-obstructive acute myocardial infarction such as coronary muscle bridging and coronary spasm. (2) History of old myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass transplantation, coronary intervention, and other structural heart disease. (3) Combined with malignant arrhythmia, liver and kidney insufficiency, tumor, connective tissue disease, blood disease, trauma, tuberculosis, etc. (4) Patients with emotional and mental disorders, and those with depression are unable to cooperate with the progress of research.
