Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 80 infants and young children who underwent elective congenital heart surgery, general surgery or neurosurgery were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: age 0~3 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class II~III; With the approval of the Medical Ethics Committee of our hospital, the family members of the children voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The child has an infection at the femoral vein puncture site; Patients with coagulation dysfunction; Patients with other systemic major diseases.
