Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction/intracerebral hemorrhage outlined in the 2019 Chinese Diagnostic Guidelines for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. One month after the first onset, there is hemiplegia with Brunstrom stage III or above for the lower limb and stage II or above for the upper limb; 4. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >17, good cooperation and complete clinical data; 5. Ability to communicate using smartphones; 6. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Severe heart, lung, kidney, liver, or other organ diseases; 3. There is limb dysfunction before brain lesions; 4. Abnormal motor function caused by other reasons such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal disorders, etc; 5. Severe cognitive impairment, major depression, inability to cooperate with assessments and therapy.
