18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Between the aged 18-80 years, perimenopausal. 2. Healthy individuals or patients with osteoporosis who participate in physical exams at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University 3. Physically healthy, without underlying diseases. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with atherosclerotic disease, heart failure, unstable angina, stable angina or chronic hypoxic diseases such as emphysema and cor pulmonale, as well as other cardiopulmonary conditions. 2. Patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases (such as pancreatitis, IBS) and/or a history of previous intestinal surgery. 3. Individuals with endocrine disorders (such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, diabetes, etc.). 4. Abnormal liver and kidney function, defined as ALT/AST levels exceeding twice the upper limit of normal, or serum creatinine = 133 µmol/L. 5. Vulnerable groups, excluding the elderly and illiterate, including individuals with mental illnesses, cognitive impairments, critically ill patients, pregnant women, etc.
