2 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE); 2. Age >= 2 years, male or female; 3. Seizure frequency >=1 time per week in the past 3 months, with or without secondary seizures; 4. Patients with SEEG electrode implantation and being completed monitoring of at least 1–2 seizures. 5. Patients who agree to participate in this study and provides written informed consent after being informed of the available treatment options and potential risks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial structural changes due to prior head surgery or traumatic brain injury, etc; 2. Patients with concomitant diseases that seriously affect their health, such as severe abnormal liver and kidney function. 3. Patients with psychiatric, cognitive, or psychological disorders, who are unable to cooperate with clinical research.
