Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for neuroimmune diseases: multiple sclerosis (criteria follow the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis: 2017 McDonald's Standard Revision), optic neuromyelitis spectrum disorders (standards follow the 2016 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of optic neuromyelitis Spectrum Diseases), myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody related diseases (standards follow the 'Chinese Expert Diagnosis and Treatment Consensus'), anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein immunoglobulin G antibody related diseases (standards follow the 'Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Myasthenia gravis 2020'), autoimmune encephalitis (standard Follow the 'China Autoimmune Encephalitis Diagnosis and Treatment Expert Consensus 2017') 2.Age >=18 years old; 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women; 2.Patients with other neurological diseases or serious mental illness; 3.Patients with severe liver and kidney function or dysfunction of other vital organs; 4.Due to poor compliance of patients or healthy volunteers, or incomplete clinical and imaging data, they could not cooperate with the investigation.
