Interventions

Group A:Intravenous injection of the same amount of normal saline before and after the perioperative period
Group B:in Dexamethasone 10mg was given immediately before anesthesia induction, and the same amount of normal saline was injected intravenously after surgery
Group C:Dexamethasone 10mg was given immediately before induction of anesthesia, and a second dose of dexamethasone 10mg was given 24 hours after surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-80 years old agree to participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent; 2. End-stage hip/knee was diagnosed before surgery Disease, patients requiring the first unilateral TJA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with diabetes or other diseases that cause blood sugar to rise; 2. Long-term use of stimulum before surgery for various reasons Hormones (including demi, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, etc.)/use of steroids or immunosuppressive drugs in the 6 months prior to surgery; 3. Patients with a history of allergy to glucocorticoids/previous adverse reactions to the drugs used in this study; 4. Severe liver and kidney patients who are not functioning properly; 5. Inflammatory diseases, including infectious arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, department Systemic lupus erythematosus; 6. Patients with contraindications to glucocorticoid use, such as active ulcers, chronic infections, and heavy Osteoporosis, mental illness, hypokalemia, etc.; 7. Patients with joint revision and joint infection; 8. Make this experiment Patients with allergies to other drugs; 9. Patients who refused to participate in this experiment.
