25 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is 25-60 years old, urban residents, junior high school education or above, control AHI = 80 times/h, BMI=35kg/m^2; 2. All patients were the first to be diagnosed, and no OSA-related surgery and ventilator therapy were performed; 3. No serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and other organ insufficiency diseases; 4. There are no contraindications to magnetic resonance and EEG examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neurological and psychiatric diseases such as AD and schizophrenia, as well as patients who have taken drugs affecting the nervous and psychiatric system within 3 months; 2. Exclude other sleep disorders such as central apnea, sleep movement disorders, narcolepsy, etc.; 3. Patients using psychotropic medications; 4. Patients with pre-existing cognitive or neurological deficits; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other serious diseases of organs (heart, kidney, liver, lung, central nervous system diseases, etc.) and malignant tumors.
