Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with MMPRT who are clinically symptomatic and plan unilateral surgery after failure of conservative treatment; 2. Patients with osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee with mild to moderate pain; 3. The lateral meniscus protrusion exceeds 3mm; 4. Patients with a near-normal range of motion (flexion contracture< 10°); 5. Patients of all ages with good postoperative rehabilitation compliance; 6. The patient undergoes OWHTO treatment for varus alignment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of knee injury; 2. Lateral meniscus tear or discoid meniscus; 3. Knee instability; 4. Knee varus deformity > 10° or flexion contracture > 10°; 5. Patients with severe patellofemoral arthritis; 6. Patients with severe medial interventricular osteoarthritis with excessive bone erosion or knee subluxation; 7. Patients who did not complete follow-up.
