Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-65 years old; 2.Race: Han ethnicity; 3.Diagnosis: Meets the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV) of the United States; 4.Voluntarily participate in this study, and I or my guardian sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with organic brain diseases, neurological disorders, and severe endocrine or metabolic disorders; 2.Individuals with other DSM-IV axis I and II diseases (such as mood disorders, substance related disorders, mental retardation, etc.); 3.For those who do not meet the author's requirements for examination or treatment, or are unable to effectively complete the examination and treatment;
