Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 80; 2.Symptom onset within 7 days; 3.Inpatients with a primary diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with transient ischemic attack (TIA); 2.No cranial MRI results available; 3.Missing critical data.
