Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Limitation of shoulder joint movement, positive pain arc test, and the course of the disease is more than 3 months; 2. Shoulder pain NRS score >=4 points; 3. MRI diagnoses rotator cuff injury but incomplete tear; 4. Rotator cuff injury Neer grade 1 and grade 2, and no abnormalities were found in the rest; 5. Patients and their families are aware of this study and sign the informed consent form in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, glenohumeral arthritis, tendon sheath effusion of biceps longus tendon, total rotator cuff tear, fracture, infection or tumor; 2. Patients with other neurological diseases or soft tissue injuries; 3. Have a history of drug allergy related to this study; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with poor compliance, or who dropped out of the trial halfway.
