Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease in the Elderly and the course of the disease is >= 3 months; 3. Able to walk independently or with the help of a walker >= 500m; 4. Ability to take care of oneself (Barthel Index Scale score >60 points); 5. Be aware and able to cooperate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with grade IV cardiac function; 2. Critically ill or in the acute phase of the disease; 3. Combined with severe cognitive dysfunction, severe mental illness, and severe hearing impairment; 4. Have serious complications or other diseases that seriously affect the activity.
