Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Gender is not required; BMI is not required; 3. Visited our hospital from January 2023 to October 2023 and has no subsequent record of visiting our hospital again; 4. Pulmonary artery CT with enhanced examination due to suspected pulmonary embolism;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not tolerate high-rate injections; 2. No dual-energy data was collected in the image image; 3. Exclude allergy to iodine contrast media; 4. Severe renal insufficiency (GFR<30 mL/min); 5. Pregnancy; 6. The image quality is poor and cannot be analyzed and evaluated.
