Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Enrollment criteria: 60 patients in the case group met the diagnostic criteria for clinically confirmed PD of the International Association of Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders (International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, MDS); Hoehn-Yahr stage (H-Y stage) stage 1 to 3; age> 18 years; no DBS (brain pacemaker implantation) surgery; no intracranial lesions in radiographic data (including CT and MRI). In the control group, 40 healthy volunteers from the community or the physical examination center of the hospital, had no history of neurological or psychiatric diseases, and found no positive signs on neurological physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for case group and control group were as follows: severe cognitive impairment (MMSE<=24); Visual impairment caused by cataract, macular degeneration, glaucoma and other eye diseases, with central visual acuity < 0.5; Severe hearing loss can not cooperate with eye movement examination;Ocular movement disorders caused by other causes (oculomotor nerve injury caused by head or orbital trauma, tumor compression of oculomotor nerve, etc.); Significant head tremor; A history of seizures; Others could not cooperate with the scale measurement and eye movement examination
