Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~60 years old; 2.BMI 18~30kg/m^2; 3. ASA Classification Class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sinus bradycardia; 2. Patients with uncontrolled or difficult-to-control hypertension; 3. History of heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases; 4. History of psychiatric and neurological diseases; 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine; 9. Patients who have recently taken antipsychotic drugs; 10. Persons with hearing and/or intellectual disabilities
