Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I: Observational Studies 1. Meet the 2012 International Nephrology Association ESRD diagnostic criteria; 2. No previous or current mental illness, cognitive impairment, etc.; 3. Age>=18 years; 4. Be conscious and have the ability to express yourself orally and in writing; 5. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form. Part II: Interventional study 1. Determined by meeting the 2012 International Nephrology Association ESRD diagnostic criteria; 2. No previous or current mental illness, cognitive impairment, etc.; 3. Age>=18 years; 4. Be conscious and have the ability to express yourself orally and in writing; 5. Those who have not signed living wills (ADs); 6. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I: Observational Studies 1. Patients with serious diseases of other vital organs; 2. Those who do not have sufficient understanding of this study and are unwilling to participate; 3. Those with incomplete information. Part II: Interventional study 1. Patients with serious diseases of other vital organs; 2. Those who do not have sufficient understanding of this study and are unwilling to participate.
