Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff who voluntarily participate in the study 2. Nursing staff in tertiary comprehensive hospitals, including nurses and standardized training nurses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who are unwilling to participate in the study or withdraw during the study period 2. People who fill out incomplete questionnaires 3. Individuals who have not obtained nursing professional qualifications
