Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Extremely premature and ultra premature infants born in the obstetrics department of our hospital and admitted to NICU with a gestational age of less than 32 weeks and a birth weight of 1500g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital malformation; 2. Suspected inherited metabolic diseases 3. Give up within 72 hours of birth.
