Age
30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 40 to 60 years with a history of regular menstrual cycles; (2) Able to clearly describe their menstrual cycle history to facilitate reproductive aging staging; (3) Possess both ovaries; (4) Meet the criteria for the menopausal transition according to the STRAW+10 staging system, established at the "Stages of Reproductive Aging Workshop" (STRAW+10) held in Washington, D.C., in September 2011; (5) Have provided informed consent or are capable of providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of severe gynecological diseases (e.g., cervical cancer, ovarian tumors, etc.); (2) Presence of immune system diseases or chronic inflammatory diseases; (3) Received probiotics or other microecological interventions within the past six months; (4) Received estrogen therapy within the past six months.
