Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients aged between 18 and 100 years who have undergone elective surgery 2 There was no history of cognitive impairment or dementia before surgery 3 non-craniocerebral elective surgery patients receiving general anesthesia 4 Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 A history of neurological diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc 2 Have serious cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease or liver and kidney insufficiency. 3 Have a history of mental illness or are taking psychotropic drugs. 4 Serious infection or inflammation before surgery.
