Interventions

DS group:After anesthesia induction, 0.9% normal saline was pumped at 4.8ml/h until the end of the operation
DC group:After anesthesia induction, cyclopofol (2.5mg/ml) was pumped at 4.8ml/h until the end of the procedure
DE group:After anesthesia induction, esketamine (2.5 mg/ml) was pumped at 4.8 ml/h until the end of the operation

20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-80 years old; 2. ASA Class I.-III; 3. Endovascular treatment of aneurysm under general anesthesia; 4. Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed mental illness; 2. Inability to communicate due to cognitive dysfunction or language impairment before surgery; 3. Do not have the ability to read and write; 4. History of long-term sleep and anti-anxiety medication before surgery; 5. Combined with severe cardiovascular, respiratory and autonomic neuropathy; 6. Participated in clinical research of other drugs or medical devices in the past 3 months; 7) Those who cannot be enrolled in the group as determined by the investigator. 7. Those who cannot be enrolled as determined by the investigator.
