Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~75 years old, BMI20~30kg/m^2; (2) There is no restriction on gender (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) anesthesia grade: Class I-II; (4) Agree to undergo elective anterior cervical decompression and fusion surgery; (5) Normal liver and kidney function; (6) Patients with normal coagulation function. (7) The patient's family members voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with contraindications to regional nerve block and narcotic contraindications; (2) Patients with severe infection and abnormal function of vital organs (heart, brain, lungs, etc.); (3) Those who are allergic to local anesthetic drugs; (4) Hyperthyroidism; (5) Pregnant and lactating females; (6) Those who suffer from mental illness and are unable to cooperate with postoperative pain scoring; (7) Patients with glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy and other patients who are prohibited from anticholinergics.
