Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for the "Three Highs" as defined above; (2) Age >= 60 years; (3) Provide informed consent, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign an informed consent form; (4) Have a stable medical condition, be mentally alert, and able to communicate normally;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) End-stage of various organic diseases; (2) Individuals with mental illnesses, Alzheimer's disease, or severe cognitive impairments; (3) Those with significant visual, auditory, and language barriers that prevent them from completing the survey; (4) Individuals who are unable to cooperate with researchers during the survey;
