Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted to the emergency department within 3 days of the onset of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2.The patient was diagnosed as aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage by CTA or DSA without vascular malformation; 3.Craniotomy aneurysm clipping or aneurysm interventional embolization, lateral ventricle puncture external drainage, and ventricular intracranial pressure probe implantation were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2.No ICP monitoring was performed after surgery; 3.Abnormal coagulation function, liver and kidney failure and other serious underlying diseases; 4.Patients with previous cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage;
