Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years, first onset; (2) The course of the disease is within 3 months; (3) Left or right hemiplegia, hemiplegic side hand dysfunction; (4) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no auditory and visual impairment; (5) Sitting balance is greater than or equal to level 1; (6) Brunnstorm stage of the affected hand is greater than or equal to stage II, less than or equal to stage IV; (7) Ashworth grade of muscle tone less than or equal to 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of progressive stroke or multiple attacks; (2) Expressions affected by severe impairment of consciousness, auditory comprehension and cognitive dysfunction, memory loss, severe apraxia, aphasia, severe dementia, etc.; (3) Functional diseases of the affected hand caused by other factors before the onset of the disease, such as congenital hand dysfunction, joint contractures, trauma, etc.; (4) Patients with trauma, infection, and peripheral vascular lesions of the upper limbs; (5) Those with acute heart failure, respiratory failure, renal insufficiency or other serious diseases, or other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect functional recovery.
