Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-aMCI Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age > = 18 years old and = 18 years old and < = 80 years old, gender is not limited, right-handed; 3. Patients with aMCI complained of memory loss and had objective evidence (the long delayed recall score of the auditory word learning test was at least 1.0 or 1.5 standard deviations lower than the mean of the age-matched population); 4. Primary school degree or above; 5. Those who understand, agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-aMCI Exclusion Criteria: 1. Combined with tumors, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or infectious diseases; 2. Neurological diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's syndrome, and dementia caused by various reasons in the past; 3. Severe audio-visual impairment, severe limb injury and other reasons that make it impossible to complete the neurobehavioral assessment; 4. Pre-existing mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia; 5. Magnetic resonance contraindications (such as: pacemaker, cardiac stent, artificial heart valve, fixed plate after fracture surgery, etc.). aMCI Exclusion Criteria: 1. Combined with tumors, serious heart, liver, kidney, blood system diseases or infectious diseases; 2. Neurological diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's syndrome, and dementia caused by various reasons in the past; 3. Mental illness such as anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia in the past; 4. Presence of severe audio-visual impairment that prevents the completion of the full set of neuropsychological scale assessments; 5. There are contraindications to transcranial magnetism, magnetic resonance or EEG (such as: pacemaker, cochlear implant, pulse generator, intracranial metal, scalp infection or trauma, etc.).
