Interventions

Intervention group:On the basis of routine care, implement 8 weeks of mindfulness stress reduction training
Control group:Routine care includes: 1.guidance on disease-related knowledge, including hemodialysis principles, treatment methods, complications, etc.
2.health education, including vascular access protection, diet management, rational medication, fluid intake control, etc.
3.psychological care to encourage patients to build confidence in overcoming the disease.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.The diagnostic criteria for end-stage renal disease were as follows: GFR =3 months; 4.The score of Demoralization syndrome >=10 points (moderate and severe); 5.The condition is stable and the consciousness is barrier-free; 6.Have normal reading and writing ability, can complete the questionnaire by oneself; 7.Can use smart phones; 8.Volunteer to participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and agree to complete the 8-week intervention exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There are other serious diseases, such as acute and chronic infection, heart failure, malignant tumor, etc. 2.Previous mental disorder; 3.Major life events occurred in the past 4 weeks, such as the death of a spouse, traffic accidents, etc. 4.Have received a mindfulness intervention within the past year.
