Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with early gastrointestinal cancers (EEC, EGC, or ECC) according to the Standardized Pathological Diagnostic Criteria for Gastrointestinal Tumors, aged =18 years, regardless of gender. (2) No prior history of antitumor therapy. (3) Residual blood sample volume =2ml remaining after routine blood tests and liver/kidney function tests during hospitalization. (4) Voluntary participation with a signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Concurrent other malignancies. (2) Severe dysfunction of major organs (heart, liver, or kidney). (3) Pregnancy or breastfeeding (female patients).
