Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The patients in the case group meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis (AP) as outlined in the 2021 edition of the 'Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis.' 2: The control group has lived with the patients for at least 1 year. 3: Men and women aged 18-75.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Significant changes in dietary behavior prior to the investigation due to weight control or other reasons (e.g., culture and customs). 2: Patients in the case group are undiagnosed and not currently ill. 3: Patients in the control group have a history of AP (Acute Pancreatitis).
