Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018", and the disease is in a relatively stable period as diagnosed by the attending doctor; (2) Age greater than 18 years old; (3) New York Heart Association (NVIIA) cardiac function grade II-IV; (4) Be conscious and able to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of researchers; (5) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; (2) Patients with other serious physical diseases or malignant tumors; (3) severe hearing or visual impairment, unable to cooperate; (4) Emergency rescue of hospitalized patients; (5) Those who have experienced major changes or psychological stress events in the past 3 months.
