Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Permanent residents in community (2)Age >= 60 years; (3) Meet the MCR diagnostic criteria, including (4)Sign informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have taken medications that affect cognition in the past six months; (2) Those with severe visual impairment or hearing impairment who cannot complete the study; (3) Those with severe physical illness, extreme debilitation, etc. who are unable to complete the training; (4) Currently receiving medication for psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, depression); (5) Persons with prior or current stroke, Parkinson's disease, arthritis, chronic lung disease, or peripheral vascular disease; (6) Those who cannot walk independently (including using assistive tools); (7) Recent or anticipated presence of medical interventions that may affect gait; (8) Participating in other health management programs or drug trials.
