Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA ?-?; 2.The imaging diagnosis was consistent with the standard of hip operation in the elderly; 3.Elderly hip patients between the ages of 60 and 90; 4.General anesthesia combined with iliofascial nerve block was used; 5.Sign an Informed Consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who cannot tolerate surgery with pathological fractures, multiple injuries, and poor health; 2.Long-term use of analgesics and addictive drugs; 3.A history of mental illness, cognitive dysfunction, postoperative delirium; 4.Coagulation disorders; 5.A known allergy to phenylalanine rimalazolam; 6.BMI>=30kg/m^2;
