Interventions

Intervention group:An intensive intervention program combining wearable ECG monitoring information with dynamic risk assessment of cardiovascular disease and SMS early warning was adopted.
Control group:Adopt a routine management programme for primary public health services.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The baseline age for enrollment is between 40 and 79 years old; 2.Resident residents who have signed up for health management at the community health service stations in Yinzhou District; 3.Possess a unique health ID; 4.Individuals at high risk for cardiovascular disease, specifically those with a ten-year cardiovascular risk score >=10% according to the WHO cardiovascular disease model.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of cancer at baseline; 2.Those who are unwilling to sign informed consent or are judged by a doctor to have potential cognitive impairment that prevents them from providing informed consent; 3.Individuals in the intervention group who do not have wearable devices for dynamic risk monitoring.
