Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent abdominal surgery above grade II in our hospital during the study period, including general surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, urology surgery (excluding transurethral surgery), and obstetrics and gynecology (excluding hysteroscopy related surgery); 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. The preoperative basal body temperature was 36.0-37.5 ?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot meet the conditions of nasal temperature monitoring, such as nasal polyps, deviation of nasal septum, and multiple epistae history; 2. Patients who used drugs affecting body temperature before operation; 3. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the experiment or have mental disorders; 4. Patients who refused to accept the study; 5. Patients who accept warming measures before terminating the experiment to interfere with the test results, such as heating infusion instrument, warming blanket, heating blower, etc.
