18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged > 18 years old and =10cm according to preoperative imaging and/or colonoscopy evaluation) or sigmoid colon; 4) preoperative imaging examination, clinical stage of tumor was T1-3b; 5) chest and abdominal CT and/or abdominal MRI were performed to exclude distant organ metastasis (including lateral lymph node metastasis, LLNM). 6) Body Mass Index (BMI) < 30kg/m2; 7) ASA grade 1-2 who can tolerate laparoscopic surgery; 8) There was no intestinal obstruction, active bleeding, perforation or abscess formation in preoperative imaging evaluation and examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with contraindications to laparoscopic surgery; 2) patients with severe liver and kidney function, cardiopulmonary function, coagulation dysfunction or combined with serious underlying diseases can not tolerate surgery; 3) patients with a history of mental disorders; 4) complicated with intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, active bleeding and requiring emergency surgery; 5) patients with multiple previous abdominal and pelvic surgeries or extensive abdominal adhesions; 6) patients aged > 80 years old and =30kg/m2 9) combined with other malignant tumors or multiple primary intestinal malignant tumors; 10) non-adenocarcinoma or secondary tumor; 11) patients with anal stenosis or previous anal surgery with local large anatomical variation or dysfunction. 12) patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, etc.; 13) pregnant women or became pregnant during the course of the study.
