40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=40 years, <=80 years; 2.Prostate biopsy confirms prostate cancer; 3.Clinical T stage <=T3a stage; 4.Fully understand clinical trial protocols and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Urinary incontinence before surgery; 2.Previous endoscopic prostate surgery; 3.There are serious underlying diseases that cannot tolerate surgery or have a survival of less than 5 years; 4.Metastatic disease is present or lymph node involvement is suspected at diagnosis; 5.Patients judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this clinical trial;
