Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Qualitative interview: Inclusion criteria for patients with chronic heart failure: patients diagnosed with chronic heart failure according to the WHO and China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2024 criteria for chronic heart failure and meeting the New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) heart function grade II to IV; The inclusion criteria of primary caregivers: 1? The main caregivers of the patient (the longest average daily caring time for the patient), the main family members who provide daily care, diet and daily living for the patient; 2?Good communication skills; 3?over 18 years of age;4? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this survey; 2.Questionnaire survey: Inclusion criteria for patients with chronic heart failure: homogenous interview; Primary caregiver inclusion criteria: homogenous interviews; 3.Write to the expert:1?All nurses have a bachelor degree or above, and all doctors have a master degree or above; 2?with 10 years or more research or work experience in the field of specialty; 3?Theoretical knowledge or clinical practice experience in nursing for patients with heart failure; 4? intermediate and above professional titles; 5?Interested in participating in this study, willing to fill in the expert consultation questionnaire;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Qualitative interview: Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers 1? have mental, cognitive, hearing and other disabilities; 2?Exit during the interview. 2.Questionnaire survey: Exclusion criteria for primary caregivers: 1? have mental, cognitive, hearing and other disabilities; 2?Caregivers who have recently suffered from serious physical illness or serious accidents.
