Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18-70 years, BMI < 28 kg/m^2; 2: ASA ? or ?; 3: undergoing DBD liver transplantation with general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: A contraindication or allergy to esketamine 2: Preoperative comorbid respiratory diseases (acute respiratory infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchopleural/oesophageal fistula,physema and pneumothorax 3: Preoperative comorbidities, including heart, lung, and kidney failure, as well as brain disease; 4: Merge autoimmune diseases; 5: The duration of preoperative smoking cessation is less than 2 months, and the bedridden time is greater than 2 months; 6: Preoperative use of ventilator.
