Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be users of the "PauseLab"(intervention platform) who have actively purchased the " Goal Achievement Capability Training (Healthy Lifestyle) (Goal-Act (Healthy Lifestyle))" and have never practiced this version before. Both new and existing users are eligible. 2. Participants must be aged between 18 and 55 years old. 3. During the screening process, participants must self-report that adjusting their sleep schedule is one of their primary goals for participating in the training, have a Behavioral Sleep Procrastination Scale (BPS) score of >= 22, and an Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score of <= 14. All three criteria must be met simultaneously. 4. Participants must not have any implanted medical devices in their body.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who still report ages under 18 years old or over 55 years old. 2. Participants who failed the attention check. 3. Individuals who have been diagnosed with mental disorders that affects daily life (e.g., depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.) within the past six months. 4. Individuals who are undergoing treatment for severe mental disorders (e.g., hospitalization, medication, or psychotherapy targeting severe symptoms).
