Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary school students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 in Guangzhou. (2) Students and their parents who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for schools: (1) The school has an incomplete grade setup, lacking any grade from the first to the fifth grade. (2) The average number of students per class is less than 40. (3) The school does not have the conditions to allow 10 classes to go out of the classroom for outdoor activities simultaneously. 2. Exclusion criteria for subjects: (1) Sudents are unable to participate in the study according to the project plan for two or more days from Monday to Friday. (2) Sudents are unsuitable for outdoor activities due to health or physical reasons.
