Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elderly patients (60-89 years old); 2.Both men and women; 3.Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 4.Patients with colon cancer who underwent laparoscopic partial colectomy; 5.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III; 6.New York Heart Association (NYHA) Grades I - II; 7.Years of education >=9 years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diseases of the lower digestive tract other than the primary tumor (e.g. ulcerative colitis, intestinal obstruction, etc.); 2.Severe deafness or vision problems; 3.Illiteracy and/or communication difficulties related to pronunciation or dialect; 4.MoCA test value is lower than the low limit (high school <=22, university <=24); 5.Previous use of sedatives, antidepressants, alcohol, and recent use of antibiotics; 6.Anxiety, depression, cerebrovascular accidents within six months, other major central nervous system diseases (including Alzheimer's disease diagnosed before admission), cerebrovascular dementia, myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases within six months or serious mental illness; 7.Patients with acute trauma or inflammation;
