Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic partial hepatectomy; 2 No gender restrictions, aged 18-80 years old; 3 American Medical Association (ASA) classification I-III; 4 Able to understand and use postoperative intravenous analgesia pump (PCIA) independently; 5 Voluntary participation, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Contraindications for epidural block; 2 Individuals with mental illnesses who are unable to cooperate; 3 Allergic patients to experimental drugs; 5 Accompanied by other conditions that may hinder enrollment, such as breastfeeding, pregnancy, portal vein thrombosis, previous liver transplantation, severe disability, etc; 6 Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score >=70 points.
