Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants are required to meet the following 4 criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (9); (2) No history of severe mental illness, no history of drug abuse, no alcoholism; (3) not currently taking neuroactive drugs (except for low-dose sleep aids); (4) The score of the functional activity questionnaire is between 0 and 5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with any of the following will be excluded: (1) Acute phase of mental disorder; (2) acute phase of cerebrovascular disease; (3) substance abuse disorder; (4) other types of cognitive impairment; (5) cognitive impairment significantly affects daily life functioning; (6) Functional Activity Questionnaire score (FAQ) > 5; (7) The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD)/17-item score > 17, and the Hamilton Anxiety Inventory (HAMA) score >=14.
